  • Linking from other sites (increasing pagerank according to the search engines)
  • Optimize each business critical Web page of the current web site up to the number of pages determined by our scope of work.
  • Optimize so that lower-level (very specific) Web pages can be “crawled” by search engines and indexed by directories
  • Generate search results within the first page of search engine and directory results
  • Increase the number of search engines and directories with which the Web site is listed
  • Broaden the amount of links to the web site on other strategically appropriate web sites
  • Improve upon the current search rankings of the current web site
  • Allow search engines to more easily “crawl” the entire current web site
  • Implement “user-friendly” URL’s
  • Analyze current use of keywords and keyword phrases and develop a comprehensive list of thoroughly researched keywords and keyword phrases
  • Analyze current use of Meta titles, alt-image text tags, keywords and descriptions and develop a unique feature set of Meta titles, alt-image text tags, keywords, and descriptions for each Web page
  • Create hyperlinks and Meta tags that will better allow more Web pages to be “crawled” by search engines, thus allowing more pages to be indexed
  • Supply direct feeds of all Web pages to the major search engines
  • Create compelling registries with all of the major directories
  • Provide consulting to improve usability
  • Increase relevant traffic to the current web site, which in turn translates to more lead generation (sales)
  • Update Site Navigation according to relevant keywords and usability requirements
  • Glossary of professional terms (primary and secondary keywords)
  • Development of content
    • Articles from the associations, staff, management and media
    • There should be a page built upon industry related keyword
    • Frequently Asked Questions page options
  • Evaluate and consult on site layout & design
